to enable learning for individuals, organizations and networks working for
transformational change and sustainable development.
How I Enable Learning
Design
I design webinars, workshops, training courses — both in-person and online — using the principles and practices of Dialogue Education, an elegant synthesis of the key insights of adult learning.
I teach and coach others to apply these approaches to improve their own workshops, webinars and conferences.
Facilitate
I facilitate workshops and meetings using participatory facilitation approaches that engage the participants, build understanding and help them reach consensus.
Plan
I design and lead visioning and strategic planning processes to help groups analyze problems, generate solutions, and create road maps to achieve their goals.
I work with groups to design projects —including needs assessment, problems analysis, creating logic models and performance measurement frameworks) to address social and environmental challenges.
Evaluate
I help organizations monitor and evaluate their learning, capacity building and community development projects to document their successes, learn from their challenges and increase their impact.
